A: Absolutely. We provide one-stop combined purchasing and consolidated shipment service for global customers to simplify your supply chain arrangement.

Q: How long will your factory close for Chinese Spring Festival?

A: We generally arrange a 10-day holiday for Spring Festival, but our production lines keep running without shutdown to guarantee stable order delivery.

Q: Will your company attend industry exhibitions?

A: Yes. We regularly participate in professional water treatment exhibitions and fine chemical exhibitions worldwide to communicate with global partners face to face.

Q: How far is your factory from the nearest airport?

A: It is about 200 kilometers away from the main local airport.

Q: Where is your factory located?

A: Our manufacturing plant is based in Shandong Province, China.

Q: Do you provide product samples? Are samples free of charge?

A: We supply test samples for all cationic monomer and polymer products for your performance verification. If you request a relatively large sample quantity, only courier freight will be charged; no sample fee is required.

Q: What are your payment terms?

A: We accept payment in advance for all orders.

Q: What is your minimum order quantity?

A: Our MOQ is 1 ton for all standard products.

Q: Are you a pure trading company or real manufacturer?

A: We integrate manufacturing and international trading business, owning our own production factory and independent export department.

Q: How long is your production delivery cycle?

A: The lead time depends on total order volume. For small & medium bulk orders, goods can be finished within around 7 working days.

A: Our workshop is equipped with 2 full automatic production lines for cationic monomers and polymer series.
